Here you can scout for team members to join your crew. When you recruit or change your Driver, Mechanic, Engineer or Manager, different skill bonuses are applied to all vehicles in your garage. Fill all four positions to unlock a special team skill bonus.

Your driver influences your car's max speed and initial, middle and final acceleration.

◎ Mechanic\nYour mechanic influences your nitro storage, power, charge and stability.

◎ Engineer
Engineers take care of car management and influence tuning, selling parts and limit breaks.

◎ Manager
Managers have the contacts to influence the cost of gas, race rewards, item discounts and can also increase your team skill so be sure to acquire a good one!
