Your company is charging my bank account every week

Our apps do not have any subscription based options or packages available. What is being charged and can you please forward to us the email receipts for these purchases so that we can investigate this further for you.

All of the purchases made are also done on behalf of us by their relative stores, e.g. iTunes or Google Play, we do not actually make these charges. So for your account to be charged it has to be done by someone with access to your Google Play, iTunes or Amazon account.
