I'm still not getting my email password after you said you've sent it!

We use this feature quite frequently to help users who have lost/forgotten their passwords without any issues. I'm not sure why you are not receiving the emails from us, maybe you have some special settings enabled with your email account.

You are also the only one who will ever receive these emails to ensure the security of your account.

Unfortunately I'm not sure what more we can offer. We could tie a different email address to your account and try sending the emails there if you have a different email that you're able to use?
