If your previous packs are not showing up in your game you can try the following steps if you purchased them with your Google Wallet and not Club Coins:
Firstly, make sure you are logged into the same Play Store account that you bought your packs on. If they still haven't been restored automatically, could you please force close (the game should not be running at all at this time) try clearing the data for Gun Club 2 from your device, then restart the app. You can do this by going into Settings -> Applications -> Gun Club 2 -> Clear data button.
If this does not restore your purchases then you are using the wrong Google Wallet (There is no history of these purchased attached to that account) or you may have purchased these packs with Club Coins instead.
